If you are a fan of Phasmophobia and you want to be aware of what is to come in the game, we recommend you click on the link that we have provided at the beginning of this guide and discover for yourself what it contains. It is the Roadmap, or the content development plans that will be incorporated into future game updates. And the chosen format is Trello, a platform that, although it is well known, is difficult to find when searching in Google, so we provide you with the link.

It is not very complex, since there are only four sections:

  • Backlog: These are the changes that are being worked on right now. You will see that there are several tabs within the list, with reworks, new content drop or general changes and additions. And if you enter each tab you will see that there is a list of everything, in which what is already available is crossed out.
  • In Progress: As the name suggests, development work in progress.
  • Testing: Work already done that is being debugged on test servers.
  • Released: Content already tested and delivered in the game.

In our opinion the two most interesting sections are Backlog and Released. What is already in the game and what is intended to be incorporated. The two sections in the middle are fine, in case you want to know if there is something new about to be released.

At the moment there is no fandom (another wiki format with much more text), but if they incorporate it in the future, we will indicate it at the beginning of this guide, providing you with the direct link.

The information is extensive, up-to-date and has the quality seal of being official information, built by collaborators, but reviewed directly by the Phasmophobia team.

In case it can help you, here are some guides based on information from Trello, although grouped in a list format, to make it easier for you to access the information:

Trello FAQ

For example, here you can see the points that are being worked on for the Equipment Rework:

  • All equipment will have new visuals.
  • Most of the equipment is being rebalanced.
  • Most equipment will be upgradeable, adding new gameplay features and visuals.
  • Upgrades will only cost money to unlock, each “level” of equipment will cost the same (this means you can still use level 1 camera if you prefer the challenge or visuals).
  • Some equipment will become consumable (similar to sanity pills), upgrades increase “uses” so you have to buy them less (matches > cheap lighter > Zippo).
  • 1 new equipment item will now be used to find extra physical evidence for extra rewards.
